LSU running back Jeremy Hill went next to the Bengals. The Broncos added yet another receiver by drafting Cody Latimer from Indiana. Once the running backs started coming off the board, they came in a hurry, and one of the best went to the already talent heavy San Francisco 49ers who selected Carlos Hyde from Ohio State. Andrew Luck gains a new blocker as the Colts select tackle Jack Mewhort of Ohio State with their first pick in the draft. Kony Ealy, a defensive end from Missouri, was picked by the Carolina Panthers. The Jaguars looked to Penn State to get receiver Allen Robinson and give Blake Bortles another new target. The Dolphins picked LSU wide receiver Jarvis Landry. The last selection of the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft was tackle Justin Britt of Missouri who will join the Seattle Seahawks.
