The Buffalo Bills selection of quarterback Nathan Peterman from the University of Pittsburgh probably indicates that the development of former Ohio State Buckeye national championship winning quarterback Cardale Jones is not to be. It was expecting too much for Jones to become a starting NFL quarterback given such limited playing time in college, including the fact that he was beaten out at the position by players destined to be wide receivers in the pros.
