The 2024 NFL Draft eligible underclassmen include the consensus top two picks, quarterbacks USC's Caleb Williams and North Carolina's Drake Maye as well as the quarterback of the National Champion Michigan Wolverines', J.J. McCarthy. Other top-rated underclassmen are Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison, Georgia tight end Brock Bowers, Notre Dame tackle Joe Alt, LSU wide receiver Malik Nabors and Alabama linebacker Dallas Turner,
The underclassmen on offense include the three quarterbacks mentioned, eight running backs, ten wide receivers, two tight ends, seven tackles and a center. On defense the underclassmen include three defensive ends, five defensive tackles, four linebackers and fourteen defensive backs. There is also one eligible kicker among the underclassmen.
