2024 NFL Draft Second Round

With the first pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected wide receiver Keon Coleman from Florida State. The Chargers swapped picks with the Patriots to select wide receiver Ladd McConkey from Georgia. The Falcons and Cardinals also traded picks with Atlanta picking Clemson defensive tackle Ruke Orhorhoro. Illinois defensive tackle Jer'Zhan Newton was selected by the Commanders. The Patriots added a target for Drake Maye when it drafted Ja'Lynn Polk from Washington. Texas defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat went to the Titans. The Rams traded up to select Florida State defensive tackle Braden Fiske. Following a trade the Eagles picked their second defensive back in the draft, Cooper DeJean from Iowa. Alabama defensive back Kool-Aid McKinstry was drafted by the Saints following a trade. With their fist selection in the draft, the Texans picked Kamari Lassiter, a cornerback from Georgia.

Rutgers cornerback Max Melton was picked by the Cardinals with the 11th pick of the second round. The Raiders selected Oregon center Jackson Powers-Johnson. Texas A&M linebacker Edgerrin Cooper goes to the Packers. The Panthers tabbed the first running back in the draft, Jonathon Brooks from Texas. Safety Tyler Nubin from Minnesota was picked by the Giants. The Jaguars added defensive tackle Maason Smith from LSU. The Bengals picked Michigan defensive tackle Kris Jenkins. Michigan cornerback Mike Sainristil was selected by the Commanders. The Steelers continued to build up the interior of their offensive line by selecting West Virginia center, and wrestler, Zach Frazier. Anthony Richardson of the Colts will be throwing to wide receiver Adonai Mitchell from Texas. Tight end Ben Sinnott from Kansas State joins the Commanders and quarterback Jayden Daniels. With their first pick in the Draft, the Browns selected Michael Hall, defensive tackle from Ohio State. The Dolphins picked tackle Patrick Paul from Houston. Western Michigan edge rusher Marshawn Kneeland went to the Cowboys. Chris Braswell, edge rusher from Alabama, was selected by the Buccaneers. The Packers picked Georgia safety Javon Bullard. The Texans took Notre Dame tackle Blake Fisher.

Safety Cole Bishop of Utah will join the Bills. Missouri cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr is now a Lion. The Ravens took Roger Rosengarten, a tackle from Washington. The Chiefs traded with the 49ers and picked tackle Kingsley Suamataia from Brigham Young. With the final pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL draft, the 49ers took Renardo Green, cornerback from Florida State.
