2024 NFL Draft Third Round

With the first pick in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft, the New York Jets selected wide receiver Malachi Corley from Western Kentucky. The Cardinals followed with Florida State running back Trey Benson. Texas Christian guard Brandon Coleman will block for the Commanders and Jayden Daniels. The Patriots drafted Penn State tackle Caedan Wallace. Junior Colson, a linebacker from Michigan, was picked. by the Chargers. The Giants took Kentucky cornerback Andru Phillips. Guard Isaiah Adams was taken by the Cardinals from Illinois. The Cardinals took offensive lineman Isaiah Adams from Illinois. Trevin Wallace, linebacker from Kentucky, was drafted by the Panthers. The Cowboys picked Cooper Beebe, a guard from Kansas State. Edge rusher Braien Trice of Washington was drafted by the Falcons. The Bears selected Yale tackle Kiran Amegadjie. The Broncos drafted Jonah Elliss, an edge rusher from Utah. The Raiders picked Maryland tackle Delmar Glaze. The Texans drafted USC safety Caien Bullock. The Colts took Pittsburgh guard Matt Goncalves. Alabama wide receiver Jermaine Burton might make one of the Bengals expensive wide receivers expendable. Christian Haynes, a guard from Connecticut, was selected by the Seahawks. The Cardinals liked Illinois tight end Tip Reiman.
The Rams picked up running back Blake Corum from the national champion Michigan Wolverines. Another member of the national champions, wide receiver Roman Wilson of Michigan, will play for the Steelers. A third Michigan Wolverine in a row was drafted when the Browns took guard Zak Zinter. Kansas guard Dominick Puni went to the 49ers. The Cowboys added lineback Marist Liufau from Notre Dame. USC Marshawn Lloyd was drafted by the Packers. Georgia safety Tykee Smith will be a Buccaneer, linebacker Elijah Jones of Boston College was picked by the Cardinals. The Packers selected linebacker Ty'Ron Hopper of Missouri. Jalen McMillan, a wide receiver from Washington, was picked by the Buccaneers.
The Ravens added Penn State edge rusher Adisa Isaac. Houston Christian produced its first NFL draft pick when the Eagles selected edge rusher Jalyx Hunt. The Bills drafted Duke defensive tackle DeWayne Carter.
The first compensatory pick of the 2024 NFL Draft was Florida State cornerback Jarrian Jones who was selected by the Jaguars. Texas A&M defensive tackle McKinley Jackson was picked by the Bengals. North Carolina State linebacker Payton Wilson was selected by the Steelers. Kamren Kinchens, a safety from Miami (FL) went to the Rams. The final pick of the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft was Luke McCaffrey a wide receiver from Rice selected by the Commanders.
