There are 69 underclassmen who have requested and been granted special eligibility to be considered in the 2023 NFL Draft. Another 13 underclassmen are eligible because they have fulfilled their degree requirements. In addition, 4 other underclassmen who still have college eligibility are eligible for the draft but may opt-out by February 3rd and return to college if they wish to do so.
