2026 NFL Draft Second Round

With the first pick in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers select wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling from Mississippi. The Cardinals drafted guard Chase Bisontis from Texas A&M to provide blocking for first round pick Jeremiyah Love. With a pick obtained from the Titans, the Bills picked Clemson edge T.J. Parker. The Texans drafted defensive tackle Kayden McDonald from Ohio State with a pick obtained from the Raiders. Cornerback Colton Hood from Tennessee was selected by the Giants. The Raiders to Treydan Stukes, cornerback from Arizona. Washington wide receiver Denzel Boston will join KC Concepcion in hopes of improving the Browns wideout room. The Chiefs added R Mason Thomas, defensive lineman from Oklahoma. Edge rusher Cashius Howell was drafted by the Bengals from Texas A&M. Georgia defensive tackle Christen Miller will play for the Bengals. Texas Tech linebacker Jacob Rodriguez was chosen by the Dolphins.
The Detroit Lions traded up with the Jets to select Michigan defensive end Derrick Moore. Zion Young, edge from Missouri, was picked by the Ravens. Missouri linebacker Josiah Trotter was selected by the Buccaneers. Following a trade with the Colts, the Steelers picked wide receiver Germie Bernard of Alabama. With its first pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, the 48th overall, the Atlanta Falcons selected Avieon Terrell, cornerback from Clemson, to join his older brother A.J., perhaps to form bookend corners. The Panthers traded with the Vikings to obtain Texas Tech defensive tack Lee Hunter. Talented but diminutive cornerback D'Angelo Ponds of the National Champion Indiana Hoosiers was taken by the Jets. The Vikings took Cincinnati linebacker Jake Golday. South Carolina cornerback Brandon Cisse will play for the Packers. Linebacker CJ Allen of Georgia was drafted by the Colts. Vanderbilt tight end Eli Stowers was selected by the Eagles. The Patriots traded to obtain a pick from the Chargers and took Illinois edge Gabe Jacas. The Jaguars liked tight end Nate Boerkircher from Texas A&M.
The Bears filled a need at center by selection Iowa's Logan Jones. Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, safety from Toledo, was chosen by the Browns who obtained the pick from the 49ers. The Texans picked Michigan tight end Marlin Klein. The Titans picked Texas linebacker Anthony Hill. The Rams went after Ohio State tight end Max Klare. The Bills picked cornerback Davison Igbinosun from Ohio State. Florida guard Jake Slaughter was selected by the Chargers who obtained the pick from the Patriots. With the final pick in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft the Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks selected TCU safety Bud Clark.
No quarterbacks or running backs were selected in the second round.
