RSS FeedDB Jalen Thompson Selected by the Arizona Cardinals in 2019 Supplemental Draft

Washington State defensive back Jalen Thompson was taken with a fifth round selection in the 2019 NFL Supplemental Draft. Thompson was the only supplemental pick taken this year. The Cardinals will give up their fifth round choice in the 2020 NFL Draft. Wide receiver Marcus Simms (West Virginia), linebacker Shyheim Cullen (Syracuse), tight end Devonaire Clarington (Northland Community & Technical College) and defensive back Bryant Perry (St. Francis) were also eligible but went undrafted. Among the better known Supplemental Draft picks from prior years are defensive end Reggie White, wide receivers Cris Carter and Josh Gordon, quarterbacks Steve Young and Bernie Kosar and tackle Gary Zimmerman.
